Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 200kHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 5V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 1.3A output current.
