TC7662BCPA Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. A voltage regulator consists of 8 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. Through Hole-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. Operating at 0°C~70°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 10kHz~35kHz. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to -Vin 2Vin. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 5V. DC DC switching regulator is part of the Other Analog ICs subcategory and can be found in the Other Analog ICs category. In this case, the DC/DC regulator belongs to the family TC7662B. A voltage of -15V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. In order to operate voltage regulator, 8 pins are required.
