MCP1640BT-I/CHY Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A voltage regulator consists of 6 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the SOT-23-6 package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 350mA output current. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 1.2V for operation. There is a subcategory of this regulator voltage called Switching Regulator or Controllers. MCP1640 is a family of voltage regulators that belong to the DC/DC industry. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage is maintain at 5.5V. 6 pins are used for switching regulator operation. As a general rule, this voltage regulator 12v should keep its output voltage at least at 2V. Switching regulator has a maximum output current of 350mA A, which is sufficient to meet the requirements of operation. The maximum output voltage of this regulator voltage is 5.5V. Adjusting voltage regulator reliable performance is ensured based on the minimal supply voltage of 650mV V. As long as the supply voltage is greater than 5.5V, the voltage regulator 12v will operate correctly. With a frequency of 500kHz, dc to dc voltage regulator has high accuracy.
