For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 6 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. This harley voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-6 package for the purpose of space saving. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. Input voltage 0.8V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 2V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 350mA output current. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 1.2V for operation. There is a subcategory called Switching Regulator or Controllers that includes this voltage regulator. MCP1640 is a family of voltage regulators that belong to the DC/DC industry. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can provide is up to 5.5V volts. In order to operate voltage regulator, there are 6 pins that must be connected.
