It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: BATTERY CHARGE CONTROLLER ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving SOT-23-6 package is available for this voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TJ when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 500kHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 0.82V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.8V. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 100mA Switch, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 100mA Switch. A regulator with this 260 peak reflow temperature is essentially indestructible. As a member of the MCP16251 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage is maintain at 5.5V. During switching regulator operation, 6 pins are used. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least 1.8V. It provides the adjusting voltage regulator's maximal output voltage of 5.5V. 350mV V supply voltage ensures reliable performance of adjusting voltage regulator.
