Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. There is a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~150°C TJ temperature while operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 75kHz~115kHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 4.5V.
