Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. This harley voltage regulator has 17 terminations. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 16-PowerVQFN package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 300kHz~1.5MHz. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.5V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 4A.
