Purchasing and Inquiry
The TIP36C is a complementary PNP Power Transistor with low collector-emitter saturation voltage. It is manufactured in planar technology with base island layout. The resulting transistor show exceptional high gain performance coupled with very low saturation voltage. Designed for use in audio amplifier and general purpose applications. The Bipolar Power Transistor is designed for general purpose power amplifier and switching applications. The TIP35A, TIP35B, TIP35C (NPN); TIP36A, TIP36B, TIP36C (PNP) are complementary devices.
