CDSU101A Overview
Devices like this have an average rectified current of 100mA volts.There is no limit to the forward current value.The most energy losses ( 150mW heat) come from electronic and electrical devices.Having a current rating of 100mA, it can carry an indefinite amount of current without deterioration.Surge currents can be used up to 1A.In some cases, the device could display a value of 3pF depending on the capacitance.On the data sheets, the peak reverse is indicated by the data chart as 50nA.
